Terms and conditions of the promotion

General information


  1. The regulations set out the rules for obtaining price reductions in the online shop at as part of the "Best Price Guarantee" Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Programme").
  2. The Programme organiser is Eye On Design K.Żebrowska P.Horyza s.c. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Puławska 257 premises 86, NIP: 5213894685, REGON: 385855520.
  3. The Programme is valid in Poland and applies only to purchases made in the online shop at operated by the Organiser (hereinafter the "Shop").


Rules for the implementation of the programme


  1. The programme is only open to customers who are natural persons of legal age and who fulfil the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "Customer"). 
  2. Subject to the following provisions, the Programme provides for the possibility to reduce the price of the product - this applies if the conditions justifying the reduction in price occurred prior to purchase.
  3. The condition for obtaining a price reduction is that the customer proves that there is an identical product available at a lower price than the product covered by the Program, valid for the duration of the Program. An identical product is a product of the same model or type with identical manufacturer's coding, i.e. size, colour and with the same properties as the product covered by the Program, of full value, not from display, available in Poland only from licensed distributors in Poland competing with the Store. 
  4. The programme does not apply to identical products discounted due to their deterioration or display, or available at any type of auctions, tenders or group buying platforms. 
  5. Products on sale are not included in the programme. 
  6. The product price must be expressed in Polish currency (PLN). When comparing the products, no other costs apart from the price of the product itself will be taken into account (e.g. shipping costs). 
  7. In order to take advantage of the Programme, please send an email to containing your name and a link to the competitor's product page. The organiser will send the competitor's offer immediately. 
  8. The Programme Organiser reserves the right to verify the information specified in point 3 above as regards the fulfilment of the requirements of product authenticity and price validity. 
  9. The organiser has the right to refuse to reduce the price or refund the price difference without justification. 
  10. Each Customer may participate in the Programme several times, but each time he/she has to fulfil the conditions included in these Regulations. 
  11. The programme cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts available on the Store's website. 




  1. Every Client has the right to submit a complaint regarding the progress of the Program. The complaint should contain the data of the person submitting the complaint (name, surname and mailing address), the reason for the complaint with the specification of the complaint request and information that it pertains to the Program. 
  2. The complaint should be sent by e-mail to the following address: no later than within 14 (fourteen) days of sending the application in accordance with point II, item 3 and 8 of the Regulations. 
  3. The Organiser shall consider the complaint within no later than 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of its receipt. The Organiser shall inform the Client about the manner of processing the complaint at the e-mail address indicated in the complaint sent by e-mail. 
  4. The above complaint procedure does not exclude other rights that the Customer is entitled to under generally applicable legal regulations.
  5. Complaints relating to the goods, i.e. furniture and accessories available in the Store purchased under the Programme are made in accordance with the general rules set out in the Civil Code and the Rules of Procedure of the Store.

  2. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the provisions of the Regulations, with the proviso that the rights acquired by the Customers prior to the amendment shall be fully respected, and the amended Regulations shall not impose upon them any obligations other than those previously imposed. 
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Programme at any time. 
  4. The provisions of these Regulations do not exclude or limit the Customer's rights under applicable laws, in particular under the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. 
  5. The Regulations shall enter into force on 17 January 2022.
