Clean silver-plated items with a soft sponge dampened with warm water. Dip a clean cloth in silver polish and apply a thin layer to the item. Gently rub the paste into the silver with a polishing cloth. Wash the item if it is to be used for serving food. Remove excess silver paste with warm water and a small amount of mild dish soap.
Clean polished stainless steel and metal finishes with a diluted cleaner. Apply a small amount directly to a clean cloth and gently wipe the surface. If the finish has not changed or transferred to the cloth, continue cleaning the rest of the product. Remove any residue of the cleaner with a clean cloth dampened with warm water, then dry with a clean cloth. Do not allow air to dry.
Regularly polish metal elements with products specifically designed for the care of polished metals or vinegar. For light polishing, dilute vinegar with water (1/2 cup of vinegar for every liter of water). Dampen a soft cloth in the diluted vinegar and polish the item. Use undiluted vinegar for items with tough stains.
For cleaning glass surfaces and mirrors, use appropriate glass cleaners and a microfiber cloth. Do not use abrasive materials or cleaners containing ammonia or acid, as these products can damage the silver backing and edges of the mirror. If using a chemical cleaner, be careful not to spill it on any surrounding finishes. Never use abrasive materials, as they can scratch the surface.
First, remove dust and other non-sticky stains. Then spray the surface with water using a spray bottle. Regular hot water works best, as it leaves no streaks. Wipe the glass surface or mirror with a microfiber cloth. Use regular vinegar to clean up spilled liquids or remove stubborn stains. Dry with a clean microfiber cloth. Finally, use a crumpled piece of newspaper to add shine. This removes any lint and makes the glass sparkle.

Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Is it possible to pay on delivery?
Unfortunately, we currently do not have the option for cash on delivery. However, you can take advantage of the installment program and PayPo.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?
You can earn points in our loyalty program for: purchases in our store, registering an account, liking and following the Eye on Design account on social media. You can also receive points as a birthday gift.

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?
While it's not required, we encourage you to create an account to take advantage of special offers, our loyalty program, and faster order processing.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
