Returns

To register a return, please fill out the form. Once we receive the completed form, our consultant will get back to you with feedback and will handle your request.
1. 

Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 days from the day they received the item (delivery of the order).

2.1.

To maintain the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specify at your own expense within 14 days.

2.2. 

The estimated return cost for non-standard/bulky products may range from 1,000 PLN to 3,000 PLN, depending on the carrier chosen by the Buyer.

2.3.

The buyer is responsible for organizing the return at their own expense. The buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from use that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

2.4.

When sending the package with the statement and the returned product(s), please also include all accessories received with it/them, as well as the receipt or invoice.

3.1. 

If the item returned by the Buyer falls under the category of furniture, we recommend using the services of a professional company specializing in the transport of such goods, e.g., Ambro Express, DHL, DPD.

You may also use the services of another transport company that offers the ability to ensure safe shipping within the specified parameters.

3.2. 

If the returned goods are prone to damage (e.g., products with glass or delicate elements), we recommend purchasing the option (e.g., "fragile") and informing the courier to label the package accordingly.

3.3. 

If the Buyer returns the goods, they are responsible for proper packaging (preferably in the original packaging, along with all original materials that protect the goods from damage). The Buyer is liable for any new damages (not subject to complaint) that occur during the return transport due to improper packaging of the goods.

4.1. 

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use. The refund will be made using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution. This right is granted only to consumers.

5.1. 

The right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance does not apply to consumers in relation to contracts involving non-prefabricated goods.

Returns do not include personalized products made to order, meaning those for which individual customization may limit or exclude their sale by the Seller, thereby exposing them to potential unjustified costs. Personalized products are understood as non-prefabricated goods made according to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet their individualized needs. In special circumstances, such goods may only be accepted by the Seller after prior agreement with the Seller.
