If you have placed an order and wish to make a payment via online transfer, but something went wrong after clicking the payment link, the order is still active and you can still pay for it. Please contact Customer Service in that case.

If the product arrived damaged, we kindly ask you to fill out the damage report in the presence of the courier.

Our complaints department will review your complaint and get back to you as soon as possible.

Every customer can return the purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day they took possession of the purchased item (delivery of the order).

To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specify at your own expense within 14 calendar days.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.

We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to a different solution.

Returns do not include personalized custom products.

When returning the product(s) along with the statement, please also include all accessories received with it/them, as well as the receipt or invoice.
