Silver -plated objects should be cleaned with a soft sponge moistened with lukewarm water. Then apply a thin layer of silver paste using a special polishing cloth. If silver has contact with food, wash them thoroughly before reuse. Remove excess paste with lukewarm water with a small amount of mild detergent.
Clean polished steel and metallic surfaces with a diluted cleaning agent, applied to a soft cloth. Wipe gently and then remove the residues with a clean, damp cloth. Finally, dry thoroughly to prevent the formation of stains. Do not leave to dry outside.
Metal elements should be regularly polished with special metal preparations or vinegar. Use a vinegar solution with water for light polishing (half a glass of vinegar per liter of water). In the case of severe dirt, you can use undiluted vinegar.
Marble
Marble is susceptible to stains, matting and scratches, which is why it requires special care. The surfaces should be vacuumed once or twice a week with a soft cloth. All dirt, especially from juices, coffee, wine or other coloring liquids, should be removed immediately and the surface was smuggled with a damp cloth. Do not leave standing water on the marble, because it can cause stains.
Cleaning should be as delicate as possible - do not use abrasives or dust sprays. Periodically, marble can be washed with a cloth moistened with lukewarm water with the addition of mild vascular fluid, making delicate, circular movements. Then remove the remains of the detergent with a clean damp cloth and wipe the surface dry with ircha.
To keep the shine of stone, it is worth regularly using marble polishing preparations. Make sure that the selected agent is intended for this material, because some chemicals can damage it

Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
