Metallic finishes and marble are popular in the world of design because they can add an increased sense of splendor and style to any interior space. Careful cleaning and maintenance guarantees that you will enjoy furniture for many years.
Regularly vacuum polished finishes made of stainless steel and metal with feathers or a soft cloth. Remove persistent spots with lukewarm water or a mild cleaning agent. Never use hot water, chemical chemicals or adhesive removal agents. Avoid paper towels, wipers and the like.
Clean the silver -plated items with a soft sponge with lukewarm water. Dip a clean cloth in silver varnish and apply a thin foil to the object. Gently rub the varnish with silver with polishing cloth made for silver. Wash the object if it is to be used to serve food. Remove excess silver varnish with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid.
Clean polished stainless steel and metallic finishes diluted with a cleaning agent. Apply a small amount directly to a clean cloth and gently wipe the surface. If the finish is not changed or transferred to a cloth, continue cleaning the rest of the product. Remove the remains of the cleaning agent with a clean cloth moistened with lukewarm water, and then dry with a clean cloth. Don't let the air dry.
Regularly polish metal elements finished with products that are made specifically for polished metal care or vinegar. For light polishing, dilute the vinegar with water (1/2 cup of vinegar for each quarter of water). Moisten a soft cloth in diluted vinegar and polish the object. Use undiluted vinegar on objects with severe coloring.
Because the marble is easily stained, digested and raised, it is important to know how to care for it. Dust surface once or twice a week with a soft cloth. Marble spots very quickly, so immediately clean the orange juice, coffee, wine and other drinks (or food) with strong pigments and rinse with a clean, damp cloth. Do not leave water on marble surfaces, because it may dirty.
Clean as gently as possible, never use abrasives or sprays for vacuuming. Wash the marble periodically with a cloth moistened with lukewarm water and, if necessary, with a little mild dishwashing liquid. Gently lead the cloth on the surface, making a circular motion. Remove the soap with another damp cloth and wipe the marble dry with a goat.
To maintain the glow of stone, apply a marble varnish regularly. Remember to use varnish that is specially designed for marble, because some chemicals can damage marble.

Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the delivery service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. Delivery of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such cases, the driver is required to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.

The estimated delivery time for your order is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) may take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
