Marble is a natural material, each copy differs in color and veins
Regularly, vacuum polished stainless steel and metal finishes with a broom made of feathers or a soft, clean cloth. Remove persistent spots with lukewarm water or a mild home cleaning agent. Never use hot water, chemical chemicals or adhesive removal agents. Avoid paper towels, welt and the like.
Clean silver -plated items with a soft sponge moistened with lukewarm water. Dip a clean cloth inside for polishing silver and apply a thin layer to the object. Gently rub the paste into a silver -plated silver polishing cloth. Wash the item if it is to be used to serve meals. Remove excess silver paste with lukewarm water with a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid.
Clean polished stainless steel and metal finishes diluted with a cleaning agent. Apply a small amount directly to a clean cloth and gently wipe the surface. If the finish has not been changed or transferred to the cloth, continue cleaning the rest of the product. Remove all remains of the cleaning agent with a clean cloth moistened with lukewarm water, and then dry with a clean cloth. Don't let the air dry.
Regularly polish metal elements finished with products designed specifically for polished metal care or vinegar. For light polishing, dilute the vinegar with water (1/2 cup vinegar for each liter of water). Wet a soft cloth in diluted vinegar and polish the object. Use the undiluted vinegar with strong spots.
Because marble is easy to stain, digest and dulls, it is important to know how to take care of it well. Dustit the surface once or twice a week with a soft cloth. Marble is staining very quickly, so immediately clean the orange juice, coffee, wine and other drinks (or food) with strong pigments and rinse with a clean, damp cloth. Do not leave water on marble surfaces, because it can cause stains.
Clean as gently as possible, never use abrasive cleaning agents or sprays for vacuuming. Particularly wash the marble with a cloth moistened with lukewarm water and, if necessary, with a little mild dishwashing liquid. Gently move the cloth over the surface, making circular movements. Remove the soap with a different damp cloth and wipe the marble to dry.
To keep the shine of the stone, use the marble paste regularly. Make sure you use a paste designed specifically for marble, because some chemicals can damage marble.

Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the delivery service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. Delivery of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such cases, the driver is required to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery Date
The estimated delivery time for your order is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) may take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Which products are eligible for returns?
All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?
You can earn points in our loyalty program for: purchases in our store, registering an account, liking and following the Eye on Design account on social media. You can also receive points as a birthday gift.

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.
