Fabric:
100% natural cow leather with matte face and orange peel structure. A delicate topping of the top layer will maintain the natural structure of the face. Thanks to the delicate processing process, it is very pleasant to the touch, does not crack and does not stratify. Each finished product made of natural leather can differ in appearance and structure, and thanks to this each piece of furniture is unique. Natural upholstery leather can shrink and expand under the influence of ambient temperature. The thickness of the skin is about 1.5 mm. The actual color of the fabric may slightly differ from the color on the screen due to different types of screens and their settings.


To keep the furniture in perfect condition, we recommend cleaning the entire furniture with a soft, dry brush. Avoid strong friction or violent, energetic movements. When staining the sofa and the occurrence of wet or greasy stains, use paper or paper and then a damp, soft sponge that will quickly absorb the stain. Then you can go to staining with a natural solution of the cleaning agent and water. The dirty surface should be cleaned with delicate, circular movements in the direction from the outside, avoiding vigorous rubbing wet bristles. After removing the stain, the fabric should be left for drying at room temperature. If necessary, repeat the action, broadening the cleaned area around the stained place to reduce the effect of a circular agent.

Before cleaning, we recommend making a cleaner at the invisible part of the furniture, which will avoid damage to the fabric.

Due to the fact that our furniture is a large size products, they are usually transported on pallets. Palette shipments are a guarantee of security and optimal price. The furniture is usually transported with cars equipped with elevators. The driver transports furniture in a wheelchair to the door of the house or staircase door in the block. 

In the case of large business orders, we organize individual transport, fully adapted to the client's needs.

The shipping cost includes transport transport and insurance. 

Delivery date 

The estimated delivery time is given on the website of each product. Deliveries carried out by Kurier (DHL, DPD, FEDEX, UPS) can last up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the country you choose.

Is it possible to pay on delivery?

Unfortunately, but currently we do not have the option of payment on delivery. It is possible to use the installment program and Paypo.

Payments can be made in our store by many methods:

Is there an installment payment option?

Yes, we have this option, it is available when finalizing the order. Please select Payments by Przelewy24 and then select the installment payment.

Can I make a partial payment instead of paying the whole amount?

Do you issue VAT invoices for orders?

Which products are refundable?

All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.

What is the Eye On Design loyalty program?

By joining the loyalty program, customers will receive 1 point for each zloty spent. The collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for subsequent orders. Discount coupons may not exceed 10% of the next order.

Example:

The 1000 points accumulated can be exchanged for a discount voucher PLN 100 for subsequent purchases worth at least PLN 1,000. 

What can you get points in the loyalty program for?

Points in our loyalty program can be obtained for: shopping in our store, account registration, liking and observing the Eye on Design account in social media. You can also get points in the form of a birthday gift.

Is it possible to delay shipping?

Please contact the Customer Service Office to verify this possibility.

How will the goods be sent?

Shipping the goods will depend on its size, usually the logistics partner is DPD, DHL, Fedex, Ambro Express or taken care of.

Before the planned delivery, we will send an email to your with a number to track the parcel.

What are the delivery costs?

In the case of orders over PLN 1,000, delivery is free, below this amount the cost of delivery depends on the size and weight of the product.

Is it possible to place an order?

In the case of large -size orders, we have the option of delivery. Shipping with a contribution is paid for an additional 199 PLN.

Do you have furniture assembly option?

Unfortunately, we don't have such an option at present. However, the installation of most furniture is quite simple, each piece of furniture is equipped with assembly instructions.

I would like to see what the material looks like, how can I order a sampler?

Samples can be ordered here at PLN 139 (shipping cost: PLN 40, deposit PLN 99). When the sampler is returned, a deposit is returned (PLN 99), in addition, when buying a furniture (and simultaneously returning the sampler, we return the shipping cost PLN 40). In the commentary on the order, please enter which product we should choose the sampler.

Do I have to have an Eye on Design account to place an order?

This is not required, but we encourage you to create an account to be able to use special offers, loyalty program and faster service of your orders.

Who bears the cost of the parcel in the event of a return?

The cost is borne by the buyer.

Are the products covered by the warranty? 

Yes, each product is covered by the warranty.

What is the permissible limit of dimensional tolerance for upholstered furniture?

The permissible tolerance limit for upholstered furniture is ± 4 cm. These differences result from the properties of materials used in production and the specifics of the upholstery process.

What should you do when the product got damaged to me?

What is the company's policy about returns?

Each of our customers (both individual and business) can return the purchased (undamaged and unused) goods on time 14 calendar days from the day he came into possession of the purchased item (delivery of the order).

To maintain the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is enough to send information on the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract. Then, after receiving the refund confirmation, within 14 calendar days, the unused and undamaged goods to the address indicated by us should be delivered at your own expense.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we refund all of the received payments, excluding the shipping cost, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and found no signs of damage and use.

We will make a refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have clearly agreed to another solution.

Returns do not include personalized products to order.
