Regularly, vacuum polished stainless steel and metal finishes with a broom made of feathers or a soft, clean cloth. Persistent stains should be removed with lukewarm water or a mild home cleaning agent. Never use hot water, chemical chemicals or adhesive removal agents. Avoid paper towels, welt, etc.
Clean silver -plated items with a soft sponge with lukewarm water. Dip a clean cloth inside for polishing silver and apply a thin layer to the object. Gently rub the paste into silver -plated surfaces with a polishing cloth designed for silver. Wash the object if it is to be used to serve food. Remove excess silver paste with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid.
Clean polished stainless steel and metal finishes diluted with a cleaning agent. Apply a small amount of the agent directly to the clean cloth and gently wipe the surface. If the finish is not changed or transferred to the cloth, continue cleaning the rest of the product. Remove all remains of the cleaning agent with a clean cloth moistened with lukewarm water, and then dry with a clean cloth. Do not allow the air dry.
Regularly polish metal finishing elements with products specially designed for polished metal care or vinegar. For light polishing, dilute vinegar with water (1/2 cup of vinegar for each quarter of water). Wet a soft cloth with diluted vinegar and polish the item. Use undiluted vinegar on objects with severe dirt.
Because marble is easily stained, it is cut and dumped, it is important to know how to care for it well. Dustle the surface once or twice a week with a soft cloth. The marble stains very quickly, so immediately remove orange juice, coffee, wine and other drinks (or food) with strong pigments and rinse them with a clean, damp cloth. Do not leave water on marble surfaces, because it can cause stains.
Clean as gently as possible, never use abrasive cleaning agents or dust sprays. Periodically wash the marble with a cloth moistened with lukewarm water and, if necessary, with a little mild dishwashing liquid. Gently move the cloth on the surface, making circular movements. Remove the soap with a different damp cloth and wipe the marble to dry.
To keep the shine of the stone, use the marble paste regularly. Make sure you use a paste designed specifically for marble, because some chemicals can damage marble.

Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the delivery service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. Delivery of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such cases, the driver is required to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.

The estimated delivery time for your order is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) may take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
