Cleaning and maintenance
Below you will find tips on the care of nickel covered items in gold, zinc, brown (gunmetal), brass and silver -plated, as well as those made of polished stainless steel.
Silver -plated items
Remove dust and dirt with a feather broom or soft cloth. Then apply a little silver paste on a clean cloth and spread on the surface until a thin layer forms. Gently rub the paste using a special silver polishing cloth. Avoid too much pressure so as not to remove a thin protective layer. Remove excess paste with lukewarm water with a small amount of mild vascular fluid.
Polished stainless steel
Wipe the surface with a dry, soft cloth. To remove fingerprints and dirt, it is recommended to use a foam cleaning agent.
Objects with a metal finish
Regularly remove dust from polished stainless steel and metal surfaces with a feather broom, an electrostatic synthetic cloth or a soft microfiber cloth. In the case of persistent stains, use clean water or a mild cleaning agent, e.g. Multisurface Everyday Cleaner.
Avoid the use of hot water, agents containing ammonia, chlorine, solvents or glue cleaners. Do not use paper towels, welt, steel wool, abrasive sponges, blades, scrapers or other rough materials.
Apply a small amount of diluted cleaning agent with a soft cloth, and then gently wipe the surface. Remove the remains of the cleaning agent with a damp cloth, then wipe dry. Do not leave the surface to dry automatically.
To maintain the glow of metal finishes, regularly polish them with agents intended for polished metal care or vinegar. In case of severe dirt, use undiluted vinegar - spray the surface with a thin layer or wipe with a soft cloth soaked in vinegar. For light polishing, a solution of vinegar and water is enough (half a glass of vinegar per liter of lukewarm water)

Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the delivery service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. Delivery of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such cases, the driver is required to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery Date
The estimated delivery time for your order is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) may take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
