Wipe the silver -plated object with a feather broom or a soft cloth to remove dirt or oil. Dip the clean cloth inside for polishing silver and apply to the surface until a thin layer forms. Gently rub the paste into a silver -plated surface with a special polishing cloth designed for silver. If you rub too hard, you can remove a thin layer of varnish. Remove excess silver paste with lukewarm water with a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid.
Wipe the steel with a soft, dry cloth. We recommend using a cleaning agent for removing fingerprints and other fat or dirt.
Periodically vacuum polished stainless steel and metal finishes with a feather broom, a synthetic electrostatic broom or soft, clean cloth or a microfiber towel. Remove persistent stains with clean water or a mild home cleaning agent, such as Multisurface Everyday Cleaner. Never use hot water or chemicals containing ammon, chlorine, solvents or adhesive removal agents. Avoid paper towels, welt, steel wool, rough sponges, razor blades, scrapers and the like.
Using a soft, clean cloth, apply a small amount of diluted cleaning agent directly to the cloth, and then gently wipe the surface. Remove the remains of the cleaning agent with a clean damp cloth, and then wipe dry. If the finish has not been changed and has not been transferred to the cloth, you can continue cleaning the rest of the product. Finish the process, removing all remains of the cleaning agent with a clean cloth moistened with lukewarm water, and then dry with a clean cloth. Don't let the air dry.
Metal parts should be regularly polished with agents specially intended for polished metal care or vinegar. In the case of strongly dirty items, polish undiluted vinegar. Spray the object with a thin layer of vinegar or wipe the object with a soft cloth moistened with vinegar. For light polishing, dilute the vinegar with water (1/2 cup of vinegar for each liter of lukewarm water).

Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have the option for cash on delivery. However, you can take advantage of the installment program and PayPo.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
