The Legacy Skylly upholstery fabric has an intriguing surface with a 3D effect. It is also very pleasant and almost silky to the touch (so -called silk touch). The structure of the expressive weaving weave has a slightly iridescent surface. Unevenly stained threads create an eye -catching texture with a shading effect. The fabric is very durable, and minor dirt is hardly visible.
It is recommended to clean the entire furniture with a soft brush. Avoid strong friction or violent, energetic movements. Do not use a vacuum cleaner.
Covers in the entire range of offer are not removed. The customer, taking them off and peeling them in the washing machine, does so at his own risk - this will not be a reason to initiate a complaint procedure.
Sofa's upholstery, especially in bright colors, is exposed to dyeing by other fabrics, mainly by clothing (e.g. jeans). This is not a defect in the upholstery, but a clothing fabric. The effect of the so -called Piling or fabric mechable is also caused by contact with foreign fibers (clothing or bedspreads).
Metal and wooden elements should not be exposed to long -term contact with water. If necessary, wipe with a damp cloth using neutral detergents (the use of bleaches, soaps intended for hard surfaces or ammonia containing agents). All remains of the agents used should be wiped dry.
When staining the sofa and the occurrence of wet or greasy stains, use paper or paper and then a damp, soft sponge that will quickly absorb the stain. Then you can go to staining with a neutral solution of the cleaning agent and water. The dirty surface should be cleaned with delicate, circular movements in the direction from the outside, avoiding vigorous rubbing wet bristles. After removing the stain, the fabric should be left for drying
at room temperature. If necessary, repeat the action, broadening the cleaned area around the stained place to reduce the effect of a circular agent.
Before cleaning, we recommend making a cleaner at the invisible part of the furniture, which will avoid damage to the fabric. In order to extend the life of the fabric, we recommend protecting its surface from animals.

Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the delivery service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. Delivery of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such cases, the driver is required to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery Date
The estimated delivery time for your order is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) may take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Which products are eligible for returns?
All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

I would like to see how the material looks; how can I order a sample?
You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?
While it's not required, we encourage you to create an account to take advantage of special offers, our loyalty program, and faster order processing.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.
