Is it possible to pay on delivery?
Unfortunately, we currently do not have the option for cash on delivery. However, you can take advantage of the installment program and PayPo.

The payment link is not working – what should I do? Do I need to place the order again?
If you have placed an order and want to make a payment via online transfer, but something went wrong after clicking the payment link, the order is still active and you can still pay for it. Please contact Customer Service.
Is it possible to pay by traditional bank transfer?
Yes, we offer the option of traditional bank transfer. Please contact our Customer Service (email: hello@eyeon.design, tel: +48 662 278 800)
Is there an option for installment payments?
Yes, we have that option available at checkout. Please select payment through Przelewy24, and then choose the installment payment option.
Can I make a partial payment instead of paying the full amount?
Yes, there is an option for partial payment for orders over 7,000 PLN. To discuss the details, please contact us by phone at +48 694 361 565 or by email at hello@eyeon.design.
Do you issue VAT invoices for orders?
Yes, please provide the invoice details when placing your order in the comments field or send the invoice details to hello@eyeon.design
Where can I check reviews about the Eye on Design store?
We are a member of the Trusted Shops program, which guarantees purchase protection up to 10,000 PLN, regardless of the payment method. You can find sample reviews about our store on this portal's website.
Where can I see the furniture?
We invite you to our showroom in Warsaw at Trakt Brzeski 92.
Which products are eligible for returns?
All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?
You can earn points in our loyalty program for: purchases in our store, registering an account, liking and following the Eye on Design account on social media. You can also receive points as a birthday gift.
Is there a possibility of a shipping delay?
Please contact our customer service to verify this possibility.
How will the goods be shipped?
The shipping of goods will depend on their size; our logistics partners are usually DPD, DHL, Fedex, Ambro Express, or Zadbano.
Before the planned delivery, we will send you an email with the tracking number for your shipment.
What are the shipping costs for the order?
For orders over 1000 zł, delivery is free; below this amount, the delivery cost depends on the size and weight of the product.
Is it possible to carry in the order?
For large orders, we have a Comfort delivery option with carrying in. The shipping with carrying in costs an additional 199 zł.
Do you have an option for furniture assembly?
Yes, we offer delivery with assembly, and the cost is 499 zł.
Are there product configurations available that are not listed on the website?

Proper packaging guarantees the receipt of goods of the highest quality for maximum customer satisfaction, which is why we pay close attention to the detailed securing of your orders.

I would like to see how the material looks; how can I order a sample?
You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded, and additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product we should match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?
While it's not required, we encourage you to create an account to take advantage of special offers, our loyalty program, and faster order processing.
Who bears the shipping cost in the case of a return?
The cost is borne by the buyer.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
Yes, every product is covered by a warranty.
What is the acceptable tolerance limit for dimensions of upholstered furniture?
The acceptable tolerance limit for upholstered furniture is ±4 cm. These differences arise from the properties of the materials used in production and the specifics of the upholstery process.
What should I do if the product arrived damaged?

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which you took possession of the purchased item (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specify at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to a different solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.
